Q - How do I find out about Juniper developments?

A - Our website contains lots of information about the developments currently available for sale. You’ll be able to view floor plans, prices and availability and download a brochure, plus find out more about many other aspects of the developments. Of course, we’d be delighted to assist with any additional information you need – please just get in touch.

Q - How do I get in touch?

A - You can contact us by phone or by email – details are on the Get in Touch page. Our sales executive is available Thursday to Monday, from 10am-5pm. We’d love to hear from you.

Q - How do I reserve a property?

A - Once you decide you’d like to a buy a property at one of our developments, the sales executive will talk you through the reservation process in detail. You will be taken through all aspects of the property layout and specification and all features of the development. We’ll ask you to confirm you’re comfortable with this before proceeding to reservation. When you reserve, a reservation fee of £1,000 secures your property. Missives are usually expected to be concluded within 28 days, but if you have a property to sell, we can agree an alternative timescale to suit your circumstances.

Q - I have a property to sell, can you help?

A - There are lots of ways we can assist you with your property sale, including Assisted Move, Part-Exchange or Guaranteed Buyer. Please contact the sales executive at the development of your choice, who will be pleased to discuss which options might suit you best and talk you through the detail.

Q - Is there a service charge and what does it cover?

A - All developments have a service charge. The service charge covers the day-to-day costs of the management and maintenance of a development, such as the heating and cleaning of communal areas, gardening, buildings insurance and redecoration. The service charge varies from development to development reflecting their different sizes and facilities. Typically, the service charge will cover:

• Development Manager
• 24-hour emergency call system
• Intruder alarm costs
• Camera door entry system
• Buildings insurance
• Maintenance
• Window cleaning for external windows
• Heating of the communal areas

Prior to reserving a property, you will be provided with the estimated annual charges and a breakdown of what the charges cover.

Q - Are pets allowed?

A - Yes, well behaved pets are welcome at all our developments.

Q - Why are there age restrictions?

A - The age restrictions are sometimes imposed by local authority planning departments and support government policy which encourages purpose-built accommodation for older people.

Q - Can someone else buy a property for me?

A - Yes. A family member or friend can own the apartment on your behalf, but only people that meet the age requirements and criteria for the development can live there.

Q - Do you offer assisted living or care packages?

A - No. Juniper provides private properties that are intended for homeowners who wish to live independently in a vibrant age exclusive community.
